Proposal for Food Service and Passing

  • 4 servers and 1 chef dressed in black and white attire.

    Table linen provided for 4 -6’ tables.

    Server ware for Hors d’ oeuvres will be provided.

  • Food and staff to arrive by 2pm.

    Food stations and chafers will be arranged and set for service.

    Hors d’oeuvres are usually passed. for 45 minutes to 1 hour leading right food service.

    Servers will pass to Sandra and JoAnna first and then to guests.

    If special provisions need to be made due to formalities of planned timeline please advise so that we can coordinate as desired to be sync.

    Servers will serve food in designated tent from behind buffet directed and accompanied by Chef.

    Throughout the coarse of the evening servers will clear table and remove plates as needed staying on top of needs.

    We ask that guests return to tent for replenishment due to limit number of servers.

    Servers will always be available to serve honorees at any time.

    Servers available to serve cake

    Cleanup and breakdown begins at 5:30pm

    Conclusion of service at 6pm

  • Terms of service

    All services listed in itinerary provided within four hour timeframe.

    Any additional time charged at:

    $30 per hour per person

    50% deposit required week of event

    7 days prior to event would be

    Saturday, August 19th, 2023

    Balance due day of arrival to event

    Saturday, August 26, 2023

  • Total Cost for:

    4 servers and 1 Chef = $625

    50% Deposit Due 8/19/23 = $312.50

    Balance Due 8/26/23 = $312.50
